We are excited to launch our new online grant application effective with the March 15, 2018 grant cycle. We ask that you familiarize your organization with our guidelines and procedures and application requirements prior to starting your online application.

For Allentown-Bethlehem applicants:
The Foundation is currently focused on existing partnerships in the Allentown-Bethlehem region and is not accepting applications from first time applicants.

Deadlines for grant requests are March 15 and September 15. If March 15 or September 15 falls on a weekend or holiday, applications may be submitted the next business day.

The following information is required:

  • Name and purpose of the applicant organization
  • Purpose of the grant
  • Special nature of the project with emphasis
    on its innovative qualities and potential impact
  • Leadership involved in the project
  • Amount of funds requested; amount of fund
  • Other funds available or anticipated

  • Required Attachments:

  • Financial reports, including most recent
    audited annual report, annual budget and
    balance sheet
  • Leadership of the organization, including
    Board of Trustees/Directors
  • Determination letter showing that the organization is tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) and that it is not a private foundation under Section 509(a)of the Internal Revenue Code.
